• You will not copy, modify, or redistribute any designs without permission.
• You will not use our services for illegal, offensive, or harmful purposes.

All designs, templates, and website content are the property of Lavly and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use our designs or branding without written consent.

Third-Party Assets
Some fonts, images, and other design elements used in our invitations and on our website are the property of their respective owners and are used under appropriate licenses. Lavly does not claim ownership over such assets. If you believe any material has been used improperly, please contact us.

4. Payments & Refunds

• A 50% prepayment is required before work begins.
• The remaining balance is due upon final approval of the invitation.
• Custom design orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Standard invitations may be eligible for a refund before customization starts.

5. Changes & Modifications

• Minor edits (e.g., date or location changes) are free of charge.
• Structural modifications or additional content may incur extra fees.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

6. Availability & Access

• Invitations remain accessible via the provided link until the event date, plus an additional two months.
• We do not guarantee indefinite storage of invitations beyond this period.

7. Liability Disclaimer
Lavly is not responsible for:

• Errors in the invitation due to incorrect information provided by the user.
• Any issues arising from third-party services (e.g., messaging apps, browsers).
• Unforeseen technical issues that may affect website availability.
